Return Information

We want you to love everything about your order from Wicks N’ More Candle Company. If your order is damaged during shipping, contact us within 3 business days. Pictures of damaged items and packaging are requested in order that we may improve our delivery service. We certainly want to make your order right.   There is a 20% restocking fee applied to returned orders because of the handmade nature of our products.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no returns on Closeout items.  Please understand that all candles are individually made for your order and slight shade variations are due to the handmade process.

Exchanges or credit will be made for any product sent in error or damaged. Please do not throw away any boxes damaged in shipping.

Shipping Information

All candles are hand poured for each order.  We will notify you via email just as soon as your candles are ready to ship. We make every attempt to ship as quickly as possible. Since our candles and simmers are made to order, we do ask for a few extra days on larger orders.

We offer $10 flat-rate shipping in the continental US on orders $100 and below. If your order is over $100, shipping is 10% of your order. We are happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.  Please contact us at 662-205-4025 or wicksnmore1@gmail.com for a shipping quote.

Close to our home office? Place your order online, we will call or email when we have it ready for you to come by. As always, local pickup is free.
